£120 minimum order value


Order processing time is typically 2 to 4 weeks, however this time estimate may vary for busy periods such as Christmas or for large orders. Most items are made to order. Dispatch date will be confirmed once you place your order. You can also email hello@redbeau.com prior to placing your order for an estimated dispatch date.


Please note that orders do not begin processing and will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.

All major credit, debit cards and Paypal are accepted.

Pick up for local orders can be arranged and no shipping charges will apply.

 All shipping charges will be calculated at the checkout if ordering online, or they will be added to your invoice if ordering with a purchase order via email.

Standard orders will be sent via Royal Mail and larger orders with DPD or another reliable courier of our choosing. If you prefer an alternate shipping carrier, let us know when you order and we will do our best to accommodate.


All cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within 24hrs of placing the order. For returns on damaged or incorrectly sent items, please email hello@redbeau.com within 5 days or receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened and unused.
